This site gives a general overview of our services. The exact price, timeline and scope of any software project are set in a written proposal or agreement.

Software services (Bangladesh)

Each project's scope, price, payment terms and timeline are set out in a written proposal. If anything here conflicts with that proposal, the proposal applies.
Offline apps (one-time): a single payment gives you a licence to use the app in your business.
Online apps (monthly): if the monthly fee is unpaid, the service may be paused after notice. Your data is not deleted, and service resumes once the fee is paid.
You own your data. Cavariq owns the app's code and design unless agreed otherwise in writing.

CAVARIQ Compass licence

Each purchase grants one person a personal, non-transferable licence to use Compass in their own business.
You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly or republish the files or their contents, in whole or in part, modified or not.
Compass provides templates, scripts and systems. It does not guarantee any number of leads, sales, income or other results.
You are responsible for checking every fact, price, status and claim before you publish, and for following your brokerage's rules, fair-housing law and local advertising regulations.
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Demos

Live demos are for viewing only, contain sample data, and may change or reset at any time.

Liability

We build and test our work with care. To the extent the law allows, Cavariq is not liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by events outside our control, such as incorrect data entry or lost or damaged devices. For Compass, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. This does not affect any consumer rights you have under the law where you live.
